Shipping and Returns Information Shipping And Handling Shipping is extra unless otherwise stated. Goods advertised as free delivery will have shipping charges deducted when we receive your order.
We offer free delivery for order over £1,000.00 in the UK only. For orders under £1000, delivery charge is £10. Duct Orders Delivery for all duct orders except 3 metre spiral duct shall be £16.25. Large duct orders such as 3 metre spiral shall be delilvered by truck and delivery charge shall be calculated on a mileage basis, please phone for a quotation. Overseas
For shipping to European Destinations we will call you and advise delivered price. Purchase via web site as normal and we will contact you.
Despatch All goods are normally despatched within 2-3 days. However this is subject to availability and in such instances whereby the goods are currently unavailable we will notify you with an estimated delivery date. If an order is only part ready for shipment, we will send the available items out immediately and any remaining items will arrive in a second shipment.
Please note that products measuring over 1.5 metres in length can be delivered to the UK mainland and N. Ireland only; this excludes the Scottish Highlands
Returns Policy Before goods can be returned, whether for repairs, replacement or refund, to ensure smooth and prompt handling, we must issue a returns authorisation in order that we can track it accurately. Your carriage/charges are not refundable and you should choose a suitably packed/insured traceable carriage method. Items should be returned within seven days of authorisation in an unused condition and with their original packaging and contents. For items purchased in error we charge a 15% restocking fee for returned items and additionally for any items missing or damaged. |
